Our Process

Your goals and expectations are individual. That’s why we take the time to get to know who you are, where you’re coming from, and where you want to go, so we can make our best recommendation about how best to get there.


From our initial meeting with you, our primary goal is to gain a comprehensive understanding of who you are as a person. We will talk with you about:

  • Your family—how do your closest relationships shape your life and finances?
  • Your living situation—how long do you want to stay in your current home?
  • Short-term goals—what do you hope to achieve in the coming months and next few years?
  • Long-term goals—where does all of your work and planning lead?

From there, we will work with you to examine your existing finances. Together, we will review:

  • Your financial holdings, inside and outside
  • Your current and projected assets and liabilities
  • Your income and expenses, now and in the future

Throughout this process, we will gladly collaborate with any outside advisors you may have, in order to coordinate and complement efforts on your behalf.


Once we thoroughly understand your financial situation today and your goals for tomorrow, we will review several solutions with you. We believe there’s never just one option; instead, there are choices, based on weighing your various goals and the amount of risk that suits you. What’s more, we have no proprietary products. That means we will work to tailor a solution that truly fits you, not one that works for us.

Implementation and Active Management

After we create a plan together, your Westfield Investment Services Representative will implement the strategies needed to make it work. We will continuously monitor your results, review them compared to your goals, and adjust as either market conditions change or your own goals evolve. We’ll stay in contact with you in order to ensure that you’re fully informed and that you have the opportunity to ask questions and make adjustments.
